Update Plugins Failed due to invalid Product Key

    I am trying to update my WooCommerce plugins in the XStore theme but Subscriptio isn’t accepting my purchase code and therefore the plugins cannot be updated. I’ve reviewed https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/ and still can’t find an answer. Your help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    download the Sucsripto plgin from here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and use it (delete / back up your old one and install this).

    This hasn’t solved the problem. I am still getting the same error after deleting and re-installing the plugin. The purchase key has been verified by Envato so that is not the issue. Please advise.
