Update plugins which cannot update through wordpress backend

Please let me know how i will manually update wp bakery and revolution slider. Just replace the folders of the plugins in file manager?

Or go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
