Hi guys, i just renewed support here.
Updated the core and theme. It ruined my site again. as usual. Tried to fixed it but to no avail. How can we fix this asap? Need this done asap!

seems like the problem is from the theme itself. i reinstall 4.3.6 core plugin and the problem still exsist. whats happening here? can’t fix it 🙁

Please try to switch to the Parent Theme and check back, I can see you have added the Custom Code in the Child Theme, and might be that Custom Code is creating the issue on your site now, so we have to find the cause first.
And if the issue will still persists then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

hmm that was fast. it was broken a while ago. so what happened here?
ok the layout of the shop filters are fine now but its not clickable or usable on firefox and chrome. Desktop and mobile i did check. please check on your end.
also, after this update the product video that was attached on each product page has errors. 🙁 dunnon what happened on my site after i updated it. shouldnt done it.
Please provide FTP access.

ok thank you. made some backups just incase.
just want to point that the problem occurs when i updated theme / core files. the site was running smooth before that.

The speed problem is related to the response from the server. Did you enable/disable the additional cache, did you change the server configuration, and did you install additional plugins?

i think the site is working as it should now. no, didn’t put any plugins on the site. i just updated xstore theme and it went like this.
the site is running and working for the past months without problem. honestly, i only get problem when i update xstore theme or the core plugin. no problem with other plugins whatsoever. i think i’ll just wait for a few months before updating the xstore to avoid this kind of problem.
i’m done with the site and it’s doing fine. just the update sometimes breaks it.. it’s kinda annoying honestly. i hope you understand. i’m fine paying for 3 or more months of support. but i wish the problem in the next update should not affect those sites that are already done. but i think thats impossible.. i’ll just bug you guys here if this happens again..
