Hello, I have purchased the extended version and I am having trouble updating my current royal theme to the extended version I can’t find where I can upload the activation key, Can you please have someone from support either update my theme for me and give me a solution.

Hello,

You can find your purchase code in Downloads area of your account on ThemeForest.
Royal theme does not have extended version, it has Regular and Extended licenses. Have you bought the Extended license?

Yes I have bought the extended license how can I update my theme? I cannot find where to input the extended license within the theme in the wp dashboard.

Can I go on a call with support because I been trying to figure out this issue since April and no one is really helping?

Please, provide me your extended license purchase code in Private content area and temporary WP admin panel and FTP access. We’ll check and update theme for you.
Don’t forget to backup your files and DB before this.

Monday-Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Saturday: 9.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.
