    Hello,

    Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.
    Also, confirm that you made the full backup of the site, DB and theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Export Options).

    Hello,

    I’ve renamed theme folder and updated the theme to the latest version 3.1. Please check, if all fine, you may delete “royal-old” folder via FTP.
    Also, you need update required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

    Also, you need synchronize translation files after update the theme. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.

    And i can’t change the send adress.

    The problems occur in the woocommerce plugin.

    Updated the other required plugins and now an error occurs.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 373564 bytes) in /public/sites/www.beautyberley.nl/wp-includes/functions.php on line 346

    Hello,

    I’ve deactivated some of your plugins, according to error on your site, you need contact hosting provider support and ask them to increase allowed memory size, then you may activate plugins back.
    Do not use 2 the same plugins together, for example, http://prntscr.com/g9i0hj, you may delete old plugin version and upload new one or http://prntscr.com/g9i0v3.
    You may upload your image to any file hosting (Dropbox or any other) and provide me the link to this image in Private Content area.

    Thank you for saving me!
    So i have to delete Screets Live Chat version 1.5
    And call with my hosting provider. In this case its mijndomein to ask for more memory?
    How much do i need?
    And is it an idea to delete pictures that i dont use?
    What do i do with the other plugins you have deactivated?
    Also woocommerce has a new update. That one always costs errors when i update. Still smart to update this time? = Er is een nieuwe versie van WooCommerce beschikbaar. Details van 3.1.2 bekijken of nu bijwerken.

    Yes, you need to delete plugins of old versions.
    Contact your hosting and ask to increase WP memory limit to 256 MB. Pictures of your site do not make an effect on this memory.
    After increasing memory, you may activate all needed plugins.
    I’ve installed on your site theme version 3.1, so you may update Woocommerce to 3.1.2 without any problems.

    Now i have 6144mb and with one 1gb extra i have 7168mb.

    Cant open the invoice of the client order in backoffice anymore.

    Keeps loading.

    I can change send info and send notifications to clients! So that is solved.
    Upgraded the site with 1GB.

    He Hello, i updated the theme and plugins but now my menu sub items turn invisible…
    for some reason i CAN click them but can’t see them…

    As I see you have the following error in console ‘Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)’.

    You need to contact your hosting provider support regarding this issue as it’s related to server configuration.

    Some more errors occured after updating:

    1. Short tekst doesn’t show anymore in my blog.

    2. In footer the social media flavicons are now vertical instead of horizontal next to each other.

    3. Product lists on the home page look weard. the have dots before the picture.

    4. Static blocks doesnt seem to fit anymore. Excuse me for my English. It’s hard to read but also hard to explain the problems.

    I’ve purchased Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer.

    Hi,

    Thnks for the support so far!
    It’s been a while but i stil have an error with the woocommerce part.
    When i go to woocommerce -> bestellingen/orders -> any order -> pdf factuur/invoice i get:
