Update Theme doesn't Work - by dcsinform

    Hi,

    im trying to update to the latest version of the theme: 7.2.4.1

    but it says:

    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hi

    You need to deactivate theme in XStore > Dashboard and activate it again using your purchase code. After that you need to go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” button to force check and clear cached links and only after that try to update theme and XStore core plugin.

    To update theme using autoupdates follow the steps described in the comment or use FTP method to update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
