    Hi,

Can you pass us the WP Login details in the Private Content? so that we can login and check what is going wrong.

Make sure all the plugins, theme and WordPress are up-to-date. If not, please update everything to its latest version.

Also, try to disable all plugin other than theme’s recommended one and see that fixes something or not.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.,

    Hi Laranz.

    Thanks for you response.

today we returned to a backup of the previous stable version (theme 2.8 and woocommerce 2.6):

we installed version 3.1 of the theme with woocomerce 3.1.2 and failed.

    Can you try to migrate?

We have a site backup where there are no problems if the base is corrupted.

We thank you for the urgency as it is a sales site.

    Regards.

    Hi,

Please pass me the WP Login details and FTP login details, I don’t want the login for your hosting.

If the live site is working just fine with the old version means, just create another site for staging ( Something like dev.yoursite.com or staging.yoursite.com ) and we can try to update there first, and find the issue and then do the same of live site, so that it won’t affect the sales of the live site.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M.
    Then follow our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gi54g8

Very likely it is the same problem, so try to change or re-add such elements.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

I know, i fixed all my seccions with the old elements.
But, for example when i try checkout an order in chrome i cant see button “FINISH ORDER”…
    and in firefox yes.
I cant re-add the woocomerce seccion, you understand?
I Think that is a problem not an issue solver re-added.

    Can you check?
