Update to WordPress 4.5 - by reijopuhm - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Can I make the WordPress update to 4.5 and everything will still run smoothly?

    Hello,

    We haven’t tested the theme with new WordPress version yet.
    We recommend you to keep old version for now.
    Or you can create a back up of your site and database and proceed with update. If something goes wrong you’ll be able to restore your backup.

    I updated today and the Visual Composer FRONT END EDITOR no longer works – it just has the Visual Composer blocks on the page, and nothing loads. Guessing this is because of the WORDPRESS update I did today?

    I’m a little late to this conversation. My site automatically updated to newer version of wordpress and the visual composer is not working, it will not add new elements. And it will not let me edit, everything appears in code.

    WP Bakery composer already came out with an update today.
    Would it take too long to get the theme updated with it?

    Not sure if it helps, but my Visual Composer is not working on FIREFOX but is working fine on CHROME browser.

    Please update Visual Composer plugin to the latest version. You can download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/. Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
