Hello, @George,
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Also please provide us the small video clip of your issue as well for our better understanding.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:
WP Admin URL:
WP Admin Username:
WP Admin Password:
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team

Hello, George,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the admin login details you provided are not valid. Please refer to the image provided here: https://postimg.cc/bDLmtKZn for a better understanding of the issue.
In order to help you resolve this issue, we kindly ask that you provide us with valid wp-admin access, as well as a screenshot of the issue. Alternatively, you can create a new user account with an administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
We look forward to helping you resolve this issue.

Help pls
Hello, George,
1/ We can’t access your Dashboard still – https://prnt.sc/gi-y8cSfNg3k Please check.
2/ Thank you for the video. As we can see, you are using WPbakery, so please deactivate the Elementor plugin. If you are using a cache plugin, server cache, or CDN, temporarily disable them also. Go to Theme options > Speed Optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. When you edit Text element content, do this via the Text tab – https://prnt.sc/LXbujpTaz1BY
When you open the editor > element settings > Text tab at the first time, it can be empty, so close the settings https://prnt.sc/mckdxFre21Jm and open them one more time.
After doing this, clear the cache of the browser and check if changes can be visible.
Let us know the results.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
