Hello WooPress Support,
Today I successfully updated my website’s theme from WooPress 2.4 to 2.5.

Now I am confused as to whether I also have to update the Woocommerce plugin (in the Plugins area – not the one in the WooPress folders) from version 2.4.6 to 2.4.7.

you may update Woocommerce plugin. Please do not forget to make backup before starting update process.
