Update WP Bakery Visual Composer 4.5.3 and Woocommerce

Hello
cms wordpress visual composer tells me the upgrade from version 4.5.2 to version 4.5.3 . Also shows me that I have an older version of woocommerce .
Can you help me?

Hello,

You can download the plugins at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Woocommerce plugin can be updated via wp-admin panel in Plugins section.

Thanks Eva . Everything ok for visual composer . For woocommerce no, because the version I have is updated to the latest version . Report therefore always obsolescence of some files . I looked at the state of the system and tells me that the php version is obsolete . I checked with my host and everything is ok .
Can you help me?
