I just updated Xstore to 9.2.0. Seems a bit of the editor menu items have moved around. I’m currently working on my Single Product… so the I found where the Single Product Builder is now, had to ‘activate’ and did so with the free elementor—but now my current product template is ‘not in the builder’ and is prompting me to start a new product template.
Oh, and my header and my footer. I have made major updates to these as well, but now they don’t show in the ‘builder’?
How do I continue working on the templates i’ve had going prior to the update?
Additionally, might help to know that I was working from demo content, Spice Store.
Hello, Sethr,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder.
Or provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check the situation on your site more deeply.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,

Thank you for quick reply, oddly I do not have Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder showing in the menu. I only have Theme options, and when I click on that, I get a page not found screen.
Hello, Sethr,
We appreciate your prompt response.

OK! I did not spend enough time clicking around to find new orientation of accessing these areas. I FINALLY did get to the header, footer, and product builder with my current iterations in tact. I was trying to find the menu options in the MAIN WP sidebar where they used to be versus in the main Xcode content area where they are accessed now. I THINK i am now resolved. Thanks for the time and energy up to this point anyway.
