I just updated Visual Composer to the latest version (recently updated Legenda also). It was working fine for a little while, but when I finally needed to add a Single Image box, I ran into this issue. I can click the Close button and the little editing pop-up closes, but when I hit the Save button nothing happens and the little VC logo back on the main page turns into a spinning ball that just spins forever. I think the Single Image is the only element I’m unable to save, I only tested a few others but they worked. I deactivated, deleted, and reinstalled VC but it didn’t help. I had also updated one other plug-in during the course of the day, so I thought maybe that could be interfering. but I deactivated it and it didn’t resolve anything so I just turned it back on.
Help?
Hello,
You’re using old theme version.
Please update the theme to 2.11 version.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Updating the theme fixed the Visual Composer problem! But it kicked up some dust in other quarters, I’ll start a new topic for those though.
Hello Kylie,
