    Hello,

    I just updated WooCommerce template files that were outdated and now the shop page formatting is off. I had paid for custom changes by EightTheme. Please have a look, thank you.

    Hello,

    If you see the message about outdated files in theme, you shouldn’t replace these files in theme folder to woocommerce files. In your case, you need to wait for theme update. New theme version will be fully compatible with latest woocommerce version. Our developers are working on the update, so it will be released within 1-2 days.
    Please note that before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
    What exactly custom changes do you mean? Were some files of parent theme or child theme changed? I can see only request for theme update and child theme creation.

    Hello,

    Ok I understand thank you for the information. I have now updated to the latest theme 3.6 on my two websites and when I try to activate the purchase code I am receive the same error in my previous ticket ‘API request call error’ which you had resolved as per last reply #181028. Are you able to resolve again? Thank you
