    Hi

    I am having a multiple issues

    1) I am not able to update to wordpress 4.3 as every time i tried to update, it redirect me to a blank page. Same goes for plugin page as well as user page in the admin.

    2) I have contacted my host and they have tried to increase the memory limit to 512M, but still the problem persist.

    Please look into it.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/theleader/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hi

    I have downloaded the leader new theme and when i activate that, it corrupted the layout of my woocommerce. Please advise. I have reactive my old theme.

    Hello,

    I’ve renamed your current theme folder to “theleader_old” and uploaded a new version.
    I don’t see any issues with Woocommerce pages.
    Please check the site.

    Hi

    I have no issues with the front end. Im having problems with the backend of woocommerce. It seems like i cant amend the stock, and the short description text editor is gone too. Please rectify this problem. Thank you!!

    Hello,

    The problem was caused by “WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos” plugin. I’ve disabled it. Please check backend editor now.

    Hi

    Thank you! That fixed the issue. However, my styling are all gone. Please advise as I have extensively spent alot of time styling it previously. Version 1.8 shows the style properly. But Version 2.0 isnt. Please assist. I have activated Version 1.8 currently.

    You may login to my wordpress and activate the version 1.9 to see the difference. But please activate version 1.8 back after you have check it. Thanks!

    I’ve copied custom.css file from the theme version 1.8 to 1.9 version.
    Please activate 1.9 version and check your site now.

    Hi

    I noticed that the url and the product tag couldn’t be edit/add. Please help to look into this. I know you have a new version of theme (2.0) but when I uses that theme, the layout is ruin, so i decided to keep to 1.8. So please help with the url and product tag issues

    Hi

    I have downloaded the latest theme, deleted woocommerce and uploaded the latest theme file onto my server via ftp. I have activated it and the problem still persist.

    When i click on the edit button to change the page url, it doesn’t trigger anything. Same thing happen when I wanted to add Product Tag, when click on Add, nothing happen.

    I have revert back to version 1.8 as the latest version 2.0 distort my alignment in woocommerce a little bit. I hope to get a solution to this soon. Cheers!

    The problem is caused by “WooCommerce Product Add-ons” plugin. Disable it and check product editor.
