Updates not working on xstore plugin manager and wordpress plugin update

    I am having issues with updating plugins on xstore plugin manage and wordpress plugin manager

    xstore plugin manager says success and after refresh plugin is still there for update

    Hello, riddlezitindustries,

    The issue arises because WordPress is unable to create a folder for the plugin. This restriction is likely imposed by the server or a third-party plugin. We kindly ask you to try disabling any third-party plugins and then attempt to update the plugins again.

    If the issue persists, please contact your server support team for further assistance.

    Additionally, this problem also occurs with the default WordPress update method. Please find more details in the attached files.
