No matter how I try to update the XStore theme, I get the message above.
Thinking it might be my Coming Soon plugin, I disabled it. I got the same message above.
Thinking the issue might be Wordfence instead, and keeping the Coming Soon plugin disabled, I disabled Wordfence, as well. I tried again and got the same message above.
I do not have a caching plugin installed and/or activated, nor is there a caching script running from my server. I tried again and got the same message above.
I have raised the memory limit to 512M. I tried again and got the same message above.
I have increased the amount of storage for the site on my hosting from 2GB to 4GB. I tried again and got the same message above.
I tried updating via Updates. I got the same message above.
I tried updating via Themes. I got the same message above.
I manually removed the files from my server and uploaded the files to my server after downloading the theme and unzipping it. I made sure that there was not a folder within a folder after the upload.
I installed the Envato Market plugin, obtain a personal token, tested the API connection, received a message that “Your OAuth Personal Token has been verified.” Still, when I go to update, I get the message that is at the top of this topic.
Please help.
