    Hey there,

    I’ve used this theme on an online store http://www.vetopropac.com.au for quite a while, and have been really happy with results, as is the client – thank you!

    Just having some issues after updating…

    01
    The buttons on the menu drop downs, as well as the subcategories sidebar (on the products page) are acting strangely. They have orange hover states, and icons aren’t showing up.
    Seems as though it is unable to retrieve the images from the files?

    02
    Icons are missing, as you can see in the search bar. I believe that the “Back To Top” should have an overlay and an arrow icon which are missing as well?

    Any help with these ideas on fixes for these issues would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hello,

    1) Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you mean and show us screenshots?
    2) Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hey Robert,

    As shown in the screen shots, there is a grey background for drop down menu buttons, with an orange overlay (same with the sidebar menu for the subcategories on the products page).

    As far as the icons are concerned, the search bar icon is not showing up, and the “back to top” link is not behaving correctly – it used to have a box around it with an arrow icon.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    1. Please add this code in custom.css file:

    #main-nav > ul > li > ul > li a:hover, .cats.acc_enabled .block-content .wpsc_category_title a:hover {
      color: black !important;
    }

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css in wp-content/themes/xmarket directory via FTP and enable it in Xmarket – Theme Settings, tick “Enable Custom CSS file”.

    2. Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials as well.
    Did you make any changes in the original theme files?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hey,

    I plugged in the custom CSS and it seems to still be misbehaving.
    The unwanted grey boxes behind the links are still there.

    There used to be an arrow icon (like in the demo theme), however that is not there anymore.
    Could this be why the grey background is appearing instead?

    Thanks.

    I have made multiple backups of files and databases.

    Were you guys going to try the upload, or are you suggesting that I do?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    I’ve reuploaded the theme. Please clear browser cache and check the site.
