Updating Royal theme - by guitarsandtoys

I have been an user of the royal theme for 4 years and this is the very first time and the update process always work. I have tried to update the theme and my site crashed and in the area of plugins all are gone. however upon checking on FTP all are there. so my website is down. Can you help me ?
