Upload button not working for sales booster section

Hi X-Store theme,

We are trying to upload on the sales booster section, but the upload button once you go on

-> sales booster -> floating navigation panel -> when you try to click on upload it wont work and is stuck on there (the upload button is grey).

We cannot add or edit the section. Same thing goes for the safe & secure checkout section, it does not work when you try to upload an image.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hi Rose,

We have tested our other license and it seems to be working fine. I think it might be a plugin conflict. We will test it out and see what plugin is causing the issue.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

In 9.2.1 version of the theme, the Sale booster should work fine. However some of our customers face a problem because of cache (from cache plugin or browser cache). Please clear all cache before testing.
