Uplouding color images in attributes doesn’t work

    When I place the image of the colors in each one within attributes, it does not appear on the product page (in the little ball of each color) and if I upload it as media it appears together with the image of my product (which is very disruptive). I need help.

    To address the issue you are experiencing, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Variation Swatches.
    2. Locate the “Use images from product variations” option and enable it.
    3. Click “Publish” to save the changes.
    4. Please review the changes to ensure the issue has been resolved.

    If the problem persists, could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access? This will allow us to examine your settings more closely and assist you further.

    It was already enabled, but doesn’t work. I made all again and nothing. Same as the images and link sent before.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    I no longer have plugins activated, just the ones from the theme. It really doesn’t work. I’ll send the acess.

    Will it only be resolved if I change the child theme? But I used it by downloading it in the theme itself… I didn’t change the code or anything. When I change, won’t I lose everything that was done?

    It doesn’t make sense for me to have to resolve a bug in one of your child themes that was installed within the theme itself. I’m not going to redo everything because of a bug in the theme.

    I tested it with another child theme and it doesn’t work. only on the main theme. This n is correct. The child has to work correctly.

    I had already managed to resolve the images to appear in attributes, but I still haven’t managed to get the specific bait to appear (the variation) when selecting the color. Can you explain to me what I do?
