    Hello,

On our site (in private) all arrows (left and right) on sliders stoped working:

    1. Arrows on main presentation
    2. Arrows on product sliders
    3. Arrows on related products on single product page

And probably somewhere else. Everything is updated to the latest version.

    It’s urgent – please take a look,

    Thank you,

    Hello,

After clearing the cache the sliders started to work again.
The funny thing is the issue was present on multiple devices. Why does this happen?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

We’re glad to hear that the sliders are now working correctly after clearing the cache. The issue you experienced across multiple devices was likely due to cached data being stored in the browser or server-side cache. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache files can interfere with the proper loading of website elements, such as sliders.

When the cache is not cleared, browsers may continue to load old versions of scripts or styles, which can cause display or functionality issues. This is why the problem may appear consistently across different devices if they are all accessing the same cached content.

Clearing the cache forces the browser to load the most recent version of the website, which often resolves such issues.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
