Urgent Assistance Needed for Xstore Theme Issues

Dear Xstore Support Team,

I recently purchased the Xstore theme, but I am experiencing significant discrepancies between the live demo version shown on the Themeforest Xstore portal and the version displayed on my website after installation. These differences in sizes and layout are causing considerable difficulties for me in customizing the theme.

Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:
1. Cleared my Chrome cache.
2. Deactivated and uninstalled the theme two days ago.
3. Reinstalled the theme today.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I am attaching screenshots of the theme’s live demo from your portal and my website’s dashboard for your reference.

Please provide a prompt and specific solution to this issue, as my work is already delayed. I would appreciate it if you could avoid sending video links as a solution and instead offer a detailed, written response.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check the settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Dear X store Theme Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am currently working with a set of 130+ template pages in your theme and need some guidance on customizing specific elements. Here’s what I am aiming to achieve:

Home Page: I would like to use the “Grocery Mega Menu” template but prefer the header from the “Interior” template.

Shop Page: I have found a shop page layout from another template that I prefer.

Footer: I am interested in using the footer from yet another different template.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to mix and match these elements from different templates? If so, I would appreciate detailed instructions on how to implement these changes. I am not looking for a video tutorial, but rather a step-by-step written guide to help me understand the process better.

Issue 1: Mega Menu Header Not Showing on Home Page
I downloaded the Mega Menu Grocery template, but its header does not appear on the home page. Could you please check and let me know the reason for this?

Custom Header and Footer
I would like to know if adding a different header or footer to this template is possible. Additionally, how can I use one header template for the mobile version and a different one for the desktop version?

Adding Carousel Line Above Main Header
I want to add a carousel line (similar to the one in the screenshot attached like free shipping on orders above rs 999 & all with the link) above my main header in the Grocery Mega Menu. How can I achieve this for both desktop and mobile versions?

Product Page Variations Display
I am attaching a screenshot of a product page showing how I want my product variations to be displayed. The current method in your theme is not user-friendly for my customers. Please suggest a better way to display these variations, or let me know how I can achieve the display shown in my screenshot.

Access for Customization
I have checked and confirmed the access provided. You can use this access to make the necessary changes.

I would be grateful if you could provide an update on these matters at your earliest convenience so that I can launch my website as soon as possible.

1/ Please go to XStore Builders > Header via Elementor > edit conditions and remove unused headers – https://prnt.sc/shOXLufbFmZW , for example https://prnt.sc/0slVM_K2yE9-
Currently, you have a few headers that were set for the entire site https://prnt.sc/RCcsupcTDico , this is incorrect and may cause conflicts, please check the conditions of your templates and make sure that only 1 template is set for the entire site.

2/ Different headers and footers can be set via the mentioned conditions.

There is no option to show one header template for the mobile version and a different one for the desktop version, you need to edit template content responsive settings, for example – https://prnt.sc/GD3xFTjfp_sa

3/ “Adding Carousel Line Above Main Header” – edit your header template, import a pre-build template, and combine from them the desired result by removing elements and editing settings.
