1/ Please go to XStore Builders > Header via Elementor > edit conditions and remove unused headers – https://prnt.sc/shOXLufbFmZW , for example https://prnt.sc/0slVM_K2yE9-
Currently, you have a few headers that were set for the entire site https://prnt.sc/RCcsupcTDico , this is incorrect and may cause conflicts, please check the conditions of your templates and make sure that only 1 template is set for the entire site.

2/ Different headers and footers can be set via the mentioned conditions.

There is no option to show one header template for the mobile version and a different one for the desktop version, you need to edit template content responsive settings, for example – https://prnt.sc/GD3xFTjfp_sa

3/ “Adding Carousel Line Above Main Header” – edit your header template, import a pre-build template, and combine from them the desired result by removing elements and editing settings.
