On our website, we’ve set up separate sliders for mobile and desktop views. However, we’re experiencing an issue where the desktop slider’s background image displays on mobile before the intended mobile slider appears. Clearing the cache temporarily resolves the issue on mobile, but then the desktop slider becomes disabled. Clearing the cache again restores the desktop slider but causes the desktop background to show up on mobile, creating a loop where each cache clear resolves one issue but triggers another on the opposite device.

Here’s what we’ve tried so far:

We applied CSS to hide the desktop slider image on mobile view, but it hasn’t worked.
We also reviewed and troubleshooted the custom CSS added in the page settings, but it didn’t produce any results.
Could you help us resolve this issue immediately.

We’re in an urgent situation and require immediate support and guidance from your end to address this as soon as possible.

    Dear @Merin,

We hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, if the issue you are experiencing occurs only when the cache is enabled, we recommend reviewing the configuration settings of your cache plugin.

Secondly, in order for us to provide further assistance or suggestions, we kindly ask that you share the URL of the page where the slider is being used.

Additionally, if you are using the Revolution Slider plugin to create the slider, we suggest referring to the plugin’s documentation, as it is developed by a separate team and not by our company.

Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
