Dear 8theme Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your assistance as I am currently facing issues with editing my pages, and I find myself unable to resolve them independently.
Following your recommendation, I recently integrated the WPML plugin into my website to enable multilanguage and multicurrency functionality. However, when attempting to edit pages in different languages using Elementor, I encountered a problem. Specifically, the pages do not load on Elementor, and enabling safe mode allows access. Unfortunately, after making edits and saving, the website returns a 503 ERROR code.
I would greatly appreciate your expertise in helping me troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Your guidance and support in overcoming these challenges would be invaluable.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Hello, Oceanbulkon,
We sincerely appreciate your decision to contact us regarding the difficulties you are encountering with your website.
To proceed with the troubleshooting process, we kindly request that you deactivate the XStore theme and instead activate the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your dashboard. This will help us determine whether the issue persists irrespective of the theme in use.
Upon reviewing the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, with reference to today’s date, we have identified a fatal error involving two plugins: Dokan and Elementor Pro (Private Content). We recommend conducting a test by temporarily disabling these plugins to ascertain if the problem continues to occur. Should the website function correctly without these plugins, it would be advisable to reach out to the respective support teams for Dokan and Elementor Pro for further assistance.
We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our services is positive and efficient. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any additional support or have further questions.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello Thank you for your advise,
Upon activating Storefront, I could succesfully able to reache elementor pro editting page. So it seems to me that there is something with xstore theme. Can you also check I will keep Storefront enabled for you to observe it.
Best regards,
Hello, Oceanbulkon,
We appreciate your prompt response.
To proceed further, we kindly request that you carry out the following actions:
1. Please activate the XStore on your website.
2. Deactivate the Dokan plugin, as indicated by the error log.
3. Attempt to edit pages in different languages using Elementor.
4. Document the process and any issues encountered by recording a video.
Once you have captured the video, we ask that you upload it to a file-sharing service for our review. WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) is a recommended option. After uploading, please share the download URL with us.
Additionally, we require FTP access to your website to assist you more effectively. For the creation of FTP credentials (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption), we suggest reaching out to your hosting provider. They will be able to guide you through the necessary steps to establish this access.
Please provide us with the FTP details at your earliest convenience.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt response.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

Dear Oceanbulkon,
We appreciate your prompt response.
To facilitate further progress, we kindly request that you review the screenshot provided in the Private Content section of our correspondence. The image captures details from the Elementor -> System Info section of your website.
Additionally, we have included a direct link to another screenshot for your convenience: https://prnt.sc/WP8wC-HTvssa
Upon examination, we advise an increase in two specific system parameters: the memory limit and the max input vars. Adjusting these settings is likely to address the issue at hand. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance in this matter. For their reference, please present them with the two screenshots we have shared.
Should you require any further assistance or have questions regarding this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,

Hello,
My hosting provider has increased the memory limit. However my problem still continue,
can you check and inform me accordingly,
Best regards,
Dear Oceanbulkon,
Upon reviewing the latest error log, we have identified several critical errors originating from multiple plugins, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/0wLoTT4kxzfh. It appears that these issues may be due to missing files resulting from improper installation of certain plugins, which in turn is causing errors within the editor.
Also, why did you add this code -> https://prnt.sc/79xtyrZcf_vh in your child-theme/functions.php ? If you saw any type of error on your frontend you had to fix it globally rather than make it skipped with the code you added.
We would recommend you (if It is possible for you) that as you had such issues you can try to reinstall plugins installed on your website and if it makes no results then try to reinstall WP fully on your website. Don’t forget to create a backup for your website once you decide to reinstall WP. We had earlier similar questions asked and they were fixed by reinstalling WP.
We appreciate your attention to these matters.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

When I deactivate WPML site started performing and I tired to edit pages on Elementor, the elementor edit page was loading but it is not possible to make any edit. Dear @oceanbulkon,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have taken note of the error you reported within the Private Content area and have diligently verified the presence of all necessary files. Upon review, it appears that the issue may not be related to the files themselves.
To further troubleshoot and resolve the matter, we kindly recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider and request their assistance with the following actions:
1. Upgrading your PHP to version 8.x.x, which may be necessary for optimal performance and compatibility.
2. Reviewing and adjusting the file permissions for your website directories, as outlined in the WordPress Developer documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/server/file-permissions/
3. Checking and potentially increasing the maximum execution time for your server, which can be a common cause of errors. Guidance on this can be found here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-exceeded-in-wordpress/
4. Evaluating and, if needed, enhancing the memory limit allocated to your website to prevent memory-related issues. Instructions for this process are available at: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
We trust that these steps will aid in addressing the error you have encountered. Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
