1/ Please provide some screenshots or links or videos for a better understanding of your problem and the tests that you did.
2/ Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

4/ Speed optimization is out of the scope of our support as website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. This means that for many of the things that need to be improved, the 3rd party plugins/services might be required.

We appreciate your prompt response.
We’ve changed some settings to speed up the site, but your cooperation is needed still. Please follow the recommendations from our previous response.
For example, 44 plugins are activated on your site, every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, please check and deactivate unrequired plugins.
As was mentioned you need to optimize particular images and so on.
