Hello Team, we hope you’re having a good day yesterday i enquired about the theme and i have successfully purchased the theme but while installing and importing the theme Marsillie -3 i am getting this error also its an ecommerce website and it’s effecting our customers, we would request you to kindly look into this on priority and help us out.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

We can’t log in. Please disable jetpack plugin and try to login by yourself using the credentials you provided for us, to make sure that access is correct.
3rd-party plugins on your site likely are the reason for the problem with demo content.

I see there are warnings about server requirements as well. We have rather robust server settings by default and these cannot be changed.

If they can’t do this, you need to disable some plugins on your site.
For example, disable all plugins, and keep active only – WooCommerce, Elementor, Contact form 7, XStore Core. Then run import of demo content.
It would be better to make a backup of site before this, to be able to revert changes if you need it.
Hosting should be able to help with creating the backup.

Ok So this wont affect the live website right as we are having traffic on website and customers so this will not affect the live site ?

Do you plan to make changes on the live site? If so, then of course it will be affected. If you make changes on test/staging site, the live site will not be affected.

It is recommended to install demo content on a fresh WP installation https://youtu.be/i7STFGZapx8?feature=shared , in your case you have content and plugins already. The problem is caused by a lot of 3rd party plugins on the site.

1) Check System Requirements:
Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/wKn5z6x
2) We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary WP-admin access and Cpanel login access under the private content area and let us know which demo you would like to import. We will help you with the import.
