    I’m facing an issue on my website (https://styleverse.in/). The checkout page is not redirecting to the payment gateway and is confirming the order without processing the payment.

    I’ve checked payment settings, page URLs, and disabled plugins to test, and the issue seems to be theme-related.

    Please help me resolve this issue urgentl

    To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    We understand the urgency of the issue you are experiencing with the checkout process on your website.
    Please note that none of our other clients have reported this problem, and the last theme update was not released recently. Therefore, it is likely that there may be another cause for the issue you are encountering.

    Could you please confirm whether you are using any third-party payment plugins? If so, does the checkout process work correctly when those plugins are disabled?

    Additionally, have you made any custom modifications to the theme files?

    Since updating the XStore theme, my website (https://styleverse.in/) is facing a checkout issue. The page is not redirecting to the payment gateway and is marking orders as complete without processing payment.

    ✅ I haven’t made any changes to the theme files yet.
    ✅ I’m using the Razorpay plugin for payments.
    ✅ I’ve checked all payment settings and tested for plugin conflicts.

    Hello,

    1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ Enable debugging mode in WooCommerce (WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Razorpay) to check for any error logs.
    3/ Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Storefront) and test the checkout process to determine if the issue is theme-related.
