Urgent: Checkout Issue with XStore Template

    I am writing to report a critical issue I am experiencing with the XStore template on my website. When customers attempt to check out with a large number of products in their cart, the checkout process gets stuck in an infinite loading loop. Additionally, this problem causes the order to duplicate repeatedly.

    This issue is significantly impacting the user experience on my site and is causing major disruptions in our order processing. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hi @amjedgzworld,

    We could see that you have more than 30 active plugins.

    We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

    If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

    If it doesn’t help, we would need access to your WP Admin and FTP accounts to further investigate and address the problem.

    To grant WP-Admin access, kindly create a new user account with an administrator role via your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is set up, please securely share the login credentials with us through the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, please provide us with the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you require assistance in setting up these credentials, your hosting provider should be able to assist you.
