    Hi XStore Support,

We are experiencing a fatal PHP error on our website that seems to be caused by the XStore Core Plugin (et-core-plugin). The error is related to lazy load functions and is causing the site to break. Here’s the exact error message:

[17-Mar-2025 10:09:58 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught DivisionByZeroError: Division by zero in /chroot/home/a79368e8/c46398654f.nxcli.io/html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/features/lazyload-functions.php:203

    Troubleshooting Done So Far:
We have checked for plugin and theme updates. Cleared site’s cache.
The issue persists even after disabling lazy load.
The problem seems to be specifically affecting etheme_placeholder_image() and etheme_get_image().
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible? This is urgent as it is affecting our website’s functionality.

    Website Details:

    Theme: XStore (latest version)
    Plugin: XStore Core Plugin (et-core-plugin)
    WordPress Version: 6.7.2
    Hosting: Nexcess
    Site URL: regencycigar.com

Please let us know how to fix this or if a patch is available. Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Keesha

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
