URGENT Insufficient Storage after upgrading theme to 3.9.2.1 – website down

    Dear Support,

    I updated the theme to 3.9.2.1 three days ago. Everything went fine however today my website is not reachable anymore. It says insufficient storage.

    I have already called the hosing provider, they say that this is not due to any lack of resource capacity of the server and they believe that the problem is due to the theme. They asked me to save again the permalinks which a did few minutes ago however, the website is still not reachable.

    Could you please help me to solve the issue. Has the new theme any bug? what can I do to solve the problem?

    Hello,

    I do not see the problem on your site. Is it solved? Have you cleared the cache?
    If the issue is not solved, describe it in more details with screenshots. Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP details.

    Thank you for your support, the problem is solved it was a matter of permalinks that I had to re-saved.
