    Dear Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am experiencing an issue with the fake sales booster. Despite applying the correct codes for cities, it continues to display locations outside India instead of showing Indian cities. I have tried changing it, but the problem persists.

Additionally, please edit the names as per my previous instructions.

I need this to be corrected as soon as possible to ensure that it displays the proper information.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

    Best regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear Bagwani,

We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the Locations description field currently includes a list of multiple countries. If your intention is to include only India in this field, we kindly request that you remove the other countries listed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hi team,
Can you please check what you’re saying? I had mentioned that I want only INDIA CITY CODES and when I am applying it is now working. Please have a look at that and correct this ASAP.

    Dear Bagwani,

Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
After that provide us with FTP access, and we will check the issue more deeply in your site.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We do not have this problem on our test site, which means we will need to check the situation on your site more deeply, for this correct FTP access is required.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Dear Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a theme update issue I encountered previously. When I updated the theme last time, it resulted in a complete reset, similar to the initial installation, causing all my custom work to disappear, and your theme’s default data was reloaded.

As my website is now almost fully ready, I cannot afford to take the same risk again. Therefore, I am requesting your guidance on how to update the theme in such a way that it preserves my existing data and prevents the default theme data from being re-uploaded.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

And what did you mean by asking for FTP data? Please define it a bit more because I did not understand at all what you were trying to say.

    Best regards,

    BAGWANI

    Hello, Bagwani,

I hope this message finds you well. To prevent any issues with file overwriting during theme updates, it is essential to utilize a child theme. All modifications should be made within this child theme. For detailed guidance on setting up and using a child theme, please refer to the following documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/

Regarding the issue with the sale booster, it appears there is a problem that is preventing the saving of options. To diagnose and resolve this issue, we require FTP access. Please contact your hosting provider to obtain these credentials.

Should you need any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello team, please excuse. I have to work on the main theme for the last 20 days and now you’re saying to work on the child theme, so it is not possible. Please suggest some other option for updating, because I will not do this what you have said.

Second, let me chat with the Hostinger team then will update you.
    Thank you

    Dear Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Regarding the FTP access request, I contacted my hosting provider, and they suggested providing full C-Panel access. Therefore, I’m sharing my CPanel username and password with you. Please log in and make the necessary configurations as per your requirements.

Along with this, I am also sending you the codes for cities and names that need to be implemented there.

Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

    Dear Xstore Theme Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the current issues with my website and to urgently request your assistance in resolving them.

Firstly, I provided FTP access promptly upon request, yet I have not received a response from your team for the past two days. This delay has already caused significant setbacks in launching my website on time.

Secondly, there is a critical performance issue with your theme. It is operating unbearably slow, significantly impeding my ability to work efficiently. Tasks that should take 5-10 minutes are taking up to 2 hours due to this theme glitch. The sluggishness is unprecedented and far exceeds reasonable expectations for website performance.

I kindly urge you to prioritize these issues and provide a swift resolution. The delayed launch of my website is causing considerable frustration and financial implications. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as I need to bring my website live without any further delay.

Looking forward to your prompt action and resolution.

    Dear Bagwani,

We have noticed an issue with a tab from the control panel that was cached; without the cache, there appears to be a fatal error. You can view the error https://prnt.sc/qOo8C3vbz63L

The error persists if the file is not empty. To address this issue, we need to take the following steps:
    1) Could you please confirm if you have made any recent changes to the theme files?
    2) We recommend upgrading PHP to version 8.0 or 8.1, as the issue might be related to the current PHP version.
    3) In the meantime, we will disable the problematic control panel tab to prevent further issues.

We await your prompt response to proceed with the necessary adjustments.

I received the same error that you sent a screenshot of while working on the theme. To fix it, I deleted my Chrome cache file. I don’t understand the problem because I am not a technical person and don’t have much technical knowledge.

You asked if I made any changes to the theme, but no, I am only working on my website using “edit with Elementor.”

Please tell me what I should do next according to you. What about the “fae sales booster” codes I sent you? They have not been updated yet. I have given you full access to the control panel as you requested.

Please do your best to fix it for me.

It’s urgent sir, please try to understand.

Please update the theme so these bugs can be resolved.

    “Dear Customer,

    Dear @Bagwani,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I attempted to log in to your WordPress site using the credentials you provided earlier. Unfortunately, the current access permissions do not allow me to review the Sales Booster settings, as I was unable to access the following page: ‘wp-admin/admin.php?page=et-panel-sales-booster’.

Additionally, I have reviewed the data you intend to use on my local website, and it functions as expected. However, I noticed a discrepancy in the format used for listing customer names. In your example, names are separated by commas, whereas the required format should use a semicolon (‘;’) as a separator, as outlined in the description available here: https://prnt.sc/aVrjN6eo9_uq.

Could you please adjust the access permissions to allow me to view the necessary settings and confirm the data format as per the guidelines? Your cooperation in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Team,

It seems to me that even you are saying that I am also not being shown access to the thing which I have sent you a screenshot of and also sent you a video.
I think this error started appearing since you disabled something in control panel(Your Previous msg – 3- In the meantime, we will disable the problematic control panel tab to prevent further issues). This problem is from your side, isn’t it, not mine?

I request you to please fix this problem as soon as possible.

I feel that your theme needs to be updated. If your theme is not updated, that’s why this bug is happening.
Please fix the bugs in your theme and update it, then this issue will be resolved.

NOTE:- I have checked my user settings and confirmed that you still have full admin access, which I initially provided you with. There have been no changes made there. You have full access to the admin panel using the same old login details. Please use that access to resolve this issue for me as soon as possible.

    Thanking You,

    BAGWANI

    Dear @Bagwani,

We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing your server, we discovered that the file located at xstore/framework/panel.php had been modified. This modification was identified as the cause of the error you experienced. For your reference, you can view the modified file here: https://prnt.sc/dZOALTw5HU5S.

To address this, we have reuploaded the entire XStore theme archive along with the XStore Core plugin archive to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Additionally, we reviewed the settings for the Fake Sale popup on your site and noticed that they were set to default values, which can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/83AmVJznywsh. We have updated these settings with the correct values you provided, and the updated configuration can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/rWn9eaANXzBr. The resulting setup is displayed here: https://prnt.sc/Ooty1DZ3qqKE.

Please note, the absence of flags in the location settings is due to the current configuration of your website, which does not support saving flags. For more details on the issue, you may refer to the discussion on our forum here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/theme-xstore-child-jewelry%e3%80%80japanese-localization/#post-339350.

    Dear Jack Brother,

Thank you very much, brother, for fixing that issue. I sincerely appreciate your help.

Now, I’ve noticed that when I check my plugins, there are two Xstore Core plugins showing: one is active, and the other is inactive. Could you please delete the unnecessary or useless ones to avoid any conflicts and potential issues?

Also, there’s an option to update the theme. How can I safely update it without losing any data or having the default data overwrite my theme? Could you please update the theme for me and also create a video tutorial for future reference? This way, I can update my theme properly without encountering any errors.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much once again from the bottom of my heart.

    Dear Team,

I am currently in the process of preparing my website for a live launch. While reviewing the site for potential errors, I encountered several issues. Whenever I try to use the theme builder options to modify the header, footer, single post page, or any other pages, they all return errors. This includes 404 error pages.

This recurring issue is causing significant delays. Each time one error is fixed, another seems to appear almost immediately. As professionals, I expect you to resolve these issues efficiently. If these errors continue, I will not be able to launch my website, which is causing me considerable losses. My website has been unable to go live for 25 days due to these problems.

I request that you address and permanently resolve all the errors so that I can launch my website and start my sales. These continuous issues are resulting in ongoing losses for me.

    Please resolve this matter urgently.

    Dear @Bagwani,

We kindly advise you to initiate a separate topic due to the multitude of messages within this current thread, which makes it challenging to follow. This will facilitate a clearer discussion and ensure your concerns are addressed more efficiently.

Additionally, we have noticed occasional issues with the Popup Theme builder. For your convenience, you can view the templates directly from the table view at this link: https://prnt.sc/sb19c9wRh9Fs. Here is the result you should expect: https://prnt.sc/h6HVMT9GWbBG.

    Hello Team,

what is the mean of this line, please elaborate on this “Additionally, we have noticed occasional issues with the Popup Theme builder”

    And

Since I started working on this theme, you’ve been mentioning different issues every day. Initially, you said the problem was due to the cache plugin (LiteSpeed Cache) installed on your website, so I uninstalled it as per your suggestion. But now you’re saying the issue is because of a WordPress SEO plugin, although I’ve been using this plugin for the last 3 years without any problems on my website. In fact, it has improved my website’s speed and performance.

The main thing is, since I started working on your theme, I haven’t made any changes to the Yoast SEO plugin because my focus has been on building the website, not SEO. So, the problem can’t possibly be due to this plugin. Please recheck it and help me resolve this issue quickly. I’m tired of dealing with these things. Please fix this bug soon.

I also need to set up my footer using a pre-built template which is currently not showing up. Once you fix this, I can make my website live. Please, it’s a sincere request.

    Dear @Bagwani,

We have provided a workaround that allows you to edit any of your theme builder templates by accessing the editors from the Table view. You can find the detailed steps here: https://prnt.sc/h6HVMT9GWbBG.

Please note that the error you encountered is associated with the Elementor plugin, not our theme. You can view the issue and its resolution on their GitHub page: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/20423. Since the problem persists, we recommend that you post a topic on the Elementor forum for further assistance.

If you are experiencing any other issues, please describe them and include screenshots if possible. Based on our records, all your previous queries have been addressed.

    Hello Dear,

Please try to understand, brother, the issue started right after you updated my theme this morning. After that, I came to work on my WordPress site and when I tried to edit the footer, an error popped up. I don’t understand it and I think it might be because of the theme update you did. Your website is also built on Elementor, so maybe there’s a bug there. You have all my access, and you’re a technical professional too. Could you please fix this error for me quickly? I don’t have the knowledge for this. pls request.

Secondly, You suggested I use the ‘table view’ option to create the footer, but the pre-made templates of your theme aren’t showing up properly for me to preview. They should be visible in Elementor’s options. Please, sir, I request you to fix this issue. Once it’s resolved, I can easily create my footer and get my website live.”
    Please its a small request.
