Urgent Issue with Picture Display on Shop Page

Hi team,

Could you please check why the changes made to editing pictures on our shop’s page are displaying differently? When accessing settings, they appear fully shown. This issue is affecting both the mobile and laptop versions. Please investigate and let me know what’s causing this problem. Thank you for your attention to my shop page.

Hello Bagwani,

We have observed that you have assigned a background image to a section in Elementor but have not yet added any content or set the height for this section. Unfortunately, without these adjustments, the background image will not be visible, as this is the standard functionality of Elementor.

I hope you’re well. I’m facing some confusion regarding where to place an image on our website, particularly on the shop page.

Could you please assist me by setting this picture and ensuring it appears full width on the shop page above categories?

Your help in clarifying this would be greatly appreciated.

NOTE- I need to place another photo in 2-4 different places on our website, but I’m unsure where to place it. Could you please assist by placing it once and creating a video tutorial for me? This will help me do it myself next time.
