    I hope you’re doing well.
I’m reaching out regarding an issue on my website. When users try to increase the quantity of a simple product in the cart (from 1 to 2), it incorrectly displays a quantity of 3. After spending several hours troubleshooting, I switched from the Xstore theme to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and the issue was resolved—users can now adjust the quantity as expected, based on their input.

Interestingly, this problem only affects simple products on my site. Variable products work perfectly fine, and the quantity feature functions as intended for them. However, the issue persists exclusively with simple products.

    Dear @4Nodes,

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once you have done this, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins may be causing the problem.

Once you have deactivated the unnecessary plugins, kindly clear your browser’s cache and verify whether the performance issue persists. This step is crucial, as conflicts with third-party plugins can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

Please let us know the results of these tests so we can assist you further.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi,
As you recommended disabling all the third-party plugins, I tried on my dev environment, but the issue persisted until I changed the theme X-Store to the 2024 theme. I have already checked each possibility, like activating or deactivating the plugins or updating the theme and plugins. However, the issue was resolved only under one condition: changing the theme.

    Hi,
As I mentioned “I have already checked each possibility, like activating or deactivating the plugins or updating the theme and plugins. However, the issue was resolved only under one condition: changing the theme on the dev environment.” Please help me resolve this as soon as possible because this issue is affecting my client’s daily sales.

    Dear @4Nodes,

After disabled the ajax add to cart(https://tinyurl.com/26w54h93), it seems to work fine:

Could you please check the staging site?

    Thank you!
