Urgent Issue with Quantity Update at Checkout

Hi,

I hope you are doing well!
I’m experiencing an issue on my website. When users select products and try to upgrade the quantity from 1 to 2 at checkout, it incorrectly shows a quantity of 3. After spending hours troubleshooting, I switched from the Xstore theme to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and everything worked as expected. Users can now update the quantity correctly based on their input, unlike with the Xstore theme.

Could you please check this on your end? This is an urgent matter for my customers.

1/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

2/ Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to your site. This will allow us to thoroughly investigate the issue and determine the best solution to assist you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
