Urgent!!! need help ASAP – Visual Composer/edit products dont work! no access…

I have just updated the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin and now I cant open or close tabs when I edit a product in backend – I cant use the WPBakery Visual Composer edit via backend editor – it is gone?
This only happens on our live site here: http://www.smooff.net/ not on our test site here http://dev-smooff.serv10.powerhosting.dk/ – really strange!

I cant open these tabs under products??

I cant open text editor under products??

I need this view with access to Visual Composer

By deactivating Essential Grid Version 2.0.9 I can access all taps again!! But I still dont have access to Visual Composer in the backend.
