URGENT: Place order button on checkout page redirects back to checkout page

I have added razorpay as the payment gateway, now when I try to make a payment and click on place order button it redirects back to checkout page and does not go to razorpay for payment.

1/ Please update the theme and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , check how it works then.

2/ Test the next: navigate to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout > Advanced Labels and set it to ‘Off’.
