Good day. I am very worried, all installed plugins and themes disappeared, there was nothing left of the work I had been doing for 2 months, the site was “clean” at once, as if it had been reset.
I made backup from an installed plugin that saves the backup in “dropbox” but I cannot access that installer from the wordpress so that it reinstalls everything as it was.
I do not know what could have happened, it is very rare because the plugins are inside WordPress, all of which were installed with the theme, but I cannot activate them, every time I give “activate” they are always deactivated again.
What could be happening?
