URGENT – Print On Demand Plugin Not Working Correctly With Xstore Theme

I sell print on demand products and I have a plugin from my supplier that lets customers personalize products with their names etc.. This was working when I first purchased the theme but I noticed that recently it’s only been working on variable products. On simple products, it gives an error to “select options above” even though there are no other variations or options. It’s supposed to open a lightbox that shows the customization, but on simple products this isn’t happening. This is only happening with this theme. I switched to another theme and it was working fine. I was wondering if there is something in the settings that is causing a conflict.

Also, I’ve just updated the theme today and I noticed that the Sales Booster settings are not working. I click on them and they don’t do anything.

If you can help me, I would truly appreciate it.

Hello, @sntbarboza,

1- Actually, you are using the third-party plugin for this purpose on your site, and that third-party plugin is not compatible with our theme and nor included in the third-party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end on the item’s main page, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

2- I have checked the sales booster on your site all the options you enabled from it are working fine on your site. I have recorded a video of each and every option you used in it and show you the result kindly watch the complete video: https://streamable.com/vdfew8
