Hi there, using blanco and woocommerce. It seems that none of our products appear on their respective category page: products are published and are visible when directly going through their URLs, but they do not appear within category page. I have contacted Woocommerce support, and after switching from Blanco theme to twenty twelve the issue was solved, therefore this problem must come from Blanco.

I really need to get this fix asap! as no products appear on my site.

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
