Hi,
1. The site on mobile doesn’t work any more; it never finishes loading the images, so parts of the site are completely missing.
2. After any change with any plugin, the menu resets and shows the narrow version of the desktop menu, instead of the mobile menu. This is only solved by re-publishing the site from scratch. How can I solve it?
Help please.
Hello, @LMcompany,
1. Your issue is resolved now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have just Deactivated Site ground plugins on your site.
2. To solve your issue I have created and set the new header on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/9wCTHckV you can edit this header on your site from the header builder as per your need and here is the resulting image of it: https://postimg.cc/JD6yvjj3

Hi, thanks for solving the loading problem.
Regarding the menu, the problem is not on the desktop, but on mobile. On mobile it often shows the desktop menu (and not the mobile menu), as you can see from the screenshots. On the back end it is always correct, on the published site it is not. In the screenshot link (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/34837092?key=0135260695fd712e2b09060e6b35e86a) you can see the editor, and in here (https://photos.app.goo.gl/6f95ko7xjut64jWVA) the published site (with wrong header).
Hello, @LMcompany,
It was a cache issue nothing else. In my last reply just a few minutes ago I told you that I disable the siteground optimizer plugins and I checked now you again activate it. I disabled it again and your issue is resolved. Check the video: https://www.veed.io/view/3eab5e8c-ed9b-45e4-9f23-d820157f2f0e?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

OK, I’ll leave it deactivated, but it had some useful functions with regard to improving speed performance.
I saw that you created the menu, but the design you created I only want on mobile, on desktop I want the design that was there before. What do I have to do to have each in its place?
Hello, @LMcompany,
Alright, Thanks for letting us know. I have set this as you said. here are the resulting screenshots now: https://postimg.cc/BPGKdZzv and https://postimg.cc/dZtyqNqM please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hi,
the problem is still there… if you enter the site from mobile and go for example to the Vision page, everything is as before, it shows the desktop menu! Even clearing the cache does not change anything.
Plus on the desktop it now works badly and shows this error: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/34899433?key=66aa3739e3df2755632346e009c3f596
I have not touched the site since you made the changes.
Please fix the errors once and for all…
Thank you
Hello, @LMcompany,
1- I have checked and confirmed that it is working fine I navigate to multiple pages from my personal mobile phone and found no issue. I have recorded a video for you please watch it completely. https://streamable.com/rpy5ii
2- It was this plugin that caused the issue “WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination” I disable this plugin and your issue was resolved. https://postimg.cc/8JZgd8Hd

Hi,
it was WpRocket that created the incompatibility with the menu. But if I cannot activate either WpRocket or Siteground Opitimizer, how can I speed up the site?
Thank you
LM
Hello, @LMcompany,
Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache setting will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.
Siteground Optimizer is a cache/optimizer plugin and the WP Rocket is also used for the same purpose. Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from all of these things you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.
This is the main reason for this.

Thank you for your reply. I understand.
So what do I need to change about these settings (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/13087750?key=7d0a3ac9621a004bb5fca339859b7967) to be able to use WpRocket without problems?
Thank You.
Best regards
LM
Hello, @LMcompany,
You can try to turn ON/OFF each option and check which one generates the issue on your site, like this you will find that option and also we have the article to setup the plugin on your site, you can read it here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

Hi, excuse me.
We have the same problems again with the mobile menu not being displayed correctly (indeed, it is not displayed, but replaced with the desktop menu) and the footer is also not in the mobile version. I have not made any changes since you fixed it. When I noticed the problem, for fear of other incompatibilities, I deactivated almost all plugins and cleared the cache from hosting, but nothing changes. WpRocket and Siteground and Jatpak are also deactivated. It’s as if the theme doesn’t understand that it has to switch to the mobile version and shows the desktop version on any screen.
Hello,
Please try: Theme options > General > Mobile Content Optimization > Off.

Hello,
Thank you, I did as you said and it solved the problem on all pages. Thank you very much.
However, it also deactivated the toggles in the mobile footer, is it possible to activate it in another way? In the Dashboard it is active, but it doesn’t work after deactivating optimization.
Thank you
LM
