    Dear Xstore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am requesting your assistance with a critical issue I am experiencing on my WordPress site: using the Xstore theme alongside the Xstore Core plugin.

Recently, I updated Elementor, which has caused my website to crash when the Xstore Core plugin is activated. When the plugin is enabled, I receive a critical error, and the site displays a white screen. Disabling the Xstore Core plugin partially restores functionality, but it leaves my site incomplete as it relies heavily on this plugin.

    Error Details
After enabling debug mode, I encountered the following error message:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the elementor-pro domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/u673830010/domains/amtinfotech.in/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on resolving this compatibility issue between Elementor and the Xstore Core plugin. If necessary, I am open to rolling back the Elementor update, but I would prefer to find a solution that allows both plugins to work together effectively.

If you require temporary admin access to investigate further, please let me know, and I can securely provide those credentials.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

The problem has been resolved, and my website is live, but I have encountered several new issues after the process. The search feature is not functioning, some buttons are unresponsive when hovered over, the website’s loading speed has slowed down, and the comparison and favorite buttons are redirecting to a 404 page. Additionally, the product quick view button is not working.

On mobile devices, the menu button and the product filter button are also unresponsive, along with the other issues mentioned above. Everything works perfectly in Elementor, but unfortunately, these features are not functioning on the live website. When I check all these things in the browser where I am logged in with my WordPress account everything is working properly but as soon as I switch to a different browser the problem starts.

Please resolve these issues as soon as possible. I have attached a screen recording for reference.

    Dear @Abhishek Gupta,

We hope this message finds you well.

As you have a cache plugin installed, it is important to clear the cache after making any changes or updates to ensure everything functions as expected. We have already cleared the cache on our end, and it appears that the styles and other elements are now displaying correctly.

If you continue to experience issues, we recommend temporarily deactivating the cache plugin to check if the problem is resolved. If deactivating the plugin resolves the issue, it is likely related to the plugin’s settings rather than our theme. In such a case, we suggest reviewing the plugin’s configuration.

Should you have any questions regarding the caching settings, we kindly advise reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you need any additional help.

    Best regards,

After deactivating and deleting that cache plugin I face the same issue. So it’s likely due to the xstore plugin or theme

    Dear @Abhishek Gupta,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the server files for your website using our theme, we noticed that the “JS” folder was missing. This absence was the reason for the missing files and associated errors on your website. To resolve this issue, we have uploaded the necessary files to your server.

You may now check your website, and you should find that there are no errors currently present. Additionally, if you have a CDN cache enabled on your website, we kindly request that you clear it to ensure the changes take full effect.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
