Urgent Support Needed – Mobile Search Not Working Properly

    Hi 8Theme Team,

    we are currently using one of your themes and have encountered an issue with the search function on mobile devices. When a user taps the search icon, enters a search term, and then clicks the magnifying glass icon, it takes a very long time for the search to process – in some cases, nothing happens for several minutes.

    This issue only affects mobile devices. On desktop, everything works perfectly.

    We would really appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Dear @Crispy123,

    We couldn’t reproduce this issue on our local sites.

    We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (you may refer to the list of included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once you have done so, please clear your browser’s cache and check the issue again.

    It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
