URGENT: Update problems - by Sarahwilson

    Hi,

    After the update today:

    -images are gone in the shop page
    -smart menu does not work (menu is gone when turned on)
    -sticky header does not work
    -mega menu position is out of screen
    -currency switcher is not transparant in top bar

    Please help!

    And we had “Useful links” in the Widget area, “Latest posts” in the footer,…

    We already purchased 5 licences, we want to know what will happen if we update the others..

    This site is a reaaly important one.

    Hello,

    same problems for me !

    No update from me this morning, no images on my shop (but all ok in Single product page), footer and menu are displaying wrong, no header logo…

    After trying deactivate / reactivate all plugins, it seems that the problem is REDUX FRAMEWORK.
    When ACTIVATED, the website stay at the preloader on all urls I’ve tried…
    When DEACTIVATED, I can access with all problems described above (but I can see images on single product page)….

    I’ve got notification for updating the REDUX plugin, and I try but without success… SAME PROBLEM…

    AND! this is not a permalinks problem, I’ve tried this too…

    please HELP….. this Woocommerce is ready to be launched today and this is a terrible mess for me…

    I am also experiencing issues with the main menu – which is now missing and also the hamburger menu on a mobile that doesnt work. Also product images are not showing.

    !!!! FIXED FOR ME – IF THIS COULD HELP !!!!

    I’ve found a solution and this is what works for me now:

    replace this file in theme XSTORE by an old one : in FOLDER “JS”, replace “etheme.min.js”

    Hope this will work for you !

    Take our apologies for this inconvenience. Seems some strange glitch happened with the etheme.min.js.

    @paskyo
    is right you just need to reupload this file (xstore/js/etheme.min.js) to your server.

    Hello, @online365

    Your problem is different. It caused by the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin. And that plugin causes js problems in console not just with XStore theme but also with Massive Addons plugin. So, disable plugin and contact plugin author to solve the problem.

    I have disabled the plugin, cleared the cache and its still the same….please advise.
