Urgent: Xstore Live Copy Feature Not Working for my site

    Dear 8Themes Support,

    We recently purchased the XStore theme and are building our WooCommerce store. However, we’ve encountered an issue with the “Live Copy” feature: copying widgets from your library and pasting them via the live paste option doesn’t work as expected.

    We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. Please advise on the next troubleshooting steps and ensure the Live Copy feature functions correctly.

    Elementor shows “Unexpected token ‘<', '
    ‘… is not valid JSON” after updating XStore et-core plugin

    I’m getting this error when I try to open the Elementor editor:

    Error: Unexpected token ‘<', " "... is not valid JSON It happens right away, and the editor won’t load. I'm using the XStore theme, along with Elementor. I already: Enabled WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php Disabled all other plugins Tried switching themes — and Elementor worked with a default theme So it seems like the problem is with the XStore theme. Any idea how to fix this or what could be causing it?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I checked all the plugin, and when I turn off the pro element, everything is ok, but turn it on, a error message shown.

    Error: Unexpected token ‘<', " “… is not valid JSON The main function is ok with classical table view, just not user-friendly. So, is there any way to solve it? I already disable the plugin one by one and check the plugin, when pro element is active, the problem caused. attach with the wp admin access and Error Screenshot attachment Thanks

    In order to proceed further, we kindly ask you to provide FTP access. To do so, please share the following details:

    – FTP Host
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password
    – FTP Port
    – FTP Encryption Type

    If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, we recommend contacting your hosting provider, who will be able to assist you in creating or locating them.

    Additionally, we suggest testing the FTP connection yourself using a client such as FileZilla to ensure the credentials are correct before sharing them with us.

    Hello,

    We have noticed that you have provided wp-admin access via the Private Content area. However, we still require FTP access, as it is not the same as wp-admin credentials.

    Kindly contact your hosting provider and request them to create FTP access credentials, as outlined in our previous message.

    We have also added your request to review the “Live Copy/Paste” feature to our development team’s To-Do list. Our developers will investigate this issue as soon as they reach the corresponding task.
