Use desktop menu on iPad - by mozmocreative

    Hi, how do I enable the desktop menu on iPad (so the mobile menu is only used for phones, not tablets) – my menu only has 4 items so there’s no issue fitting them in the navigation of iPads, tablets, etc.

    Sorry for a long delay.
    Unfortunately there is no such feature by default but you may customize the files yourself if you have necessary skills. Otherwise such service isn’t for free. If you agree to pay you need create a ticket at https://support.8theme.com/ and mark it “for Olga Barlow”.

    Ok, well the reason I’ve asked is because I’m finding the menu is very slow to open on iPad. It takes 2 seconds to open, sometimes more, and is very confusing for users. Is there a setting I can tweak to turn off the animation or adjust the speed, as this is not a very good user experience…

    What does that even mean? It’s a problem with the theme, the menu is not functioning correctly on iPad.. it even happens on your demo site..

    Check your email, we sent the password to your account on https://support.8theme.com/
    Use email and password to login. In your account you’ll be able to create new tickets and check the status and replies for the old ones.
    I also was studying the problem and saw that there is the same issue on our demo site too. We have started to work to fix this issue and release new update. Please, follow us on ThemeForest.
