Use shop as homepage - by Matt - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello as title says would like to know how to just use shop as home page. tried creating a blank page called shop then viewing it displays just products as wanted but when set it to home page it changes to like a post type page. any ideas?

    Hello,

    In admin panel go to Settings > Reading. For the field “Front page displays” choose “A static page”, “Front Page” – Shop.

    exactly what i did and hasn’t worked. just shows it as a empty page

    Cant be done its a localhost server not live yet.

    Please check if your shop page on the site is really named as “Shop”.
    You should choose the exact page in Settings > Reading for your shop.

    Unfortunately we can do little here without checking the issue on our side.
