Hello,
I’ve got following warnings in meta inspector:
user-scalable in viewport should be set to ‘yes’
maximum-scale in viewport should not be set
I’m using XStore with Elementor Pro – how I can fix this?
Thanks
Andy
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Do you use child theme? If so, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Regards
Hi Rose,
yes I’m using child theme, I’m sending you access in priv content.
Best
Andrzej
Hello,
Check now, please.

Hello Olga,
still I got warning about user-scalable in viewport should be set to ‘yes’
Hello,
Check the user-scalable attribute again.
1) We did not disable any plugins because we were working on child theme files only.
2) We did not touch anything except child theme header.php file. That’s all. And changes in that file could not affect headings. I checked your h1 (SWEET BABY ROOM) and it’s less than 20 characters, that’s why you see that warning I suppose.

Hello Olga,
user-scalable attribute is ok now. Thanks!
Hello,
I don’t have information about this. It would better to contact the author of the tools that you use to check it.

Hi Olga!
What should be added to header.php to fix the user-scalable thing?
Hello,
I see that user-scalable in viewport is set to ‘yes’ https://prnt.sc/25z57lh So, what is wrong with that for you now?
Regards
Not in my case: http://segwaypowersports.ee/.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" />
I see You fixed it for Andrzej. Tell me how.
regards
Hello, @Tiidush
Go to Theme Options > General > enable Mobile User-Scalable option.
Regards
Found! Option comes with XStore 8.0.4.
Thanks!
