Hi,
I’m not sure it this is your area, but in my webpage, users don’t receive the mail to change the pw if I go in and ask for a change. If I change the pw for them myself, they receive the notification, Can you help me out?

We would like to inform you that the test can be conducted on a staging environment, which is an exact replica of your live website, or it can be performed directly on your existing live site. Please be aware that upon changing the theme, there is a possibility that the widgets may not retain their proper configuration. To mitigate this, we recommend navigating to the “Appearance” section and then selecting “Widgets” prior to initiating the theme switch. This will allow you to reallocate the widgets to their appropriate areas after reverting to the original theme.
