    Hello,

I’m using Gravity Forms for product options, but the products which use it wouldn’t go into the cart. Products without the forms go into the cart without any problems.

Link to the website is in the private section.

Also, it looks like there’s some missing CSS for formfields. There are no arrows in the dropdowns.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Are you experiencing this issue with default theme too? Please check it. Also please provide us with the exact links where products can be added to cart and the ones where they can’t.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,
On any other theme i’ve tried is working without a problem.

    Here’s a link to a non-functional product:
    http://www.horseboutique.nl/product/gekke-frontriem/

Tried a lot of things, but can’t get it to work. Also it appears that css isn’t working correctly for Gravity Forms, this might be due to something else. The dropdowns don’t have the arrows on them!

    Regards

    Hello,

To make that plugin compatible with our theme you need disable ajax add to cart in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax Add to Cart > Off.
Please try this and let us know if you nee more help.

    Thanks! This is working.
Maybe an idea to make this compatible in the future? IDStore’s Ajax “add to cart” is simply beautiful.

    Kind Regards

    You’re welcome.
We’ve taken it into account and perhaps it’ll be fixed in future update.
